  2. This was informative and well cited! I enjoyed learning about the history of Kim Chi. I’m in the hospital right now and a Korean friend visited me. I hoped he’d bring me Kim Chi, but he didn’t. He worried about the smell. I guess I’ll have to wait till I go home.
